Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Nightshaders Adventures, every order is handled with care and intention. This policy explains how refunds and returns are managed in a clear, fair, and respectful way.


📘 Books and Physical Products

Because books are physical items that are carefully prepared and dispatched, the following applies:

Returns

  • If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may ask for a photograph of the damage to help us understand the issue.
  • Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the book has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

📦 Signed or Special Edition Copies

If you have ordered a signed copy or a special edition, please note:

  • These items are considered personalised.
  • Refunds or returns are only offered if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

💻 Digital Products

If you purchase a digital product (such as an eBook or downloadable content):

  • Refunds are generally not available once the download has been accessed, unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.
  • If you experience any technical issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve them.

💬 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request help with an order, please contact us via the Contact page or email us directly at hello@twpublishing.co.uk with:

  • Your name
  • Order reference (if available)
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3–5 working days.
